1st, I didn't need customer service, but Etsy won't give Star Seller status if you don't rate it. :( 2nd, I bought 3 of these, one for each of my granddaughters that I will wear until each turns 16. I got the stainless steel & they are BEAUTIFUL! The girls names are unique and all were spelled correctly. High quality!!
