1. Returns Policy  within 30 days:

   • If you change your mind you can return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days, excluding earrings (for strict hygiene reasons), personalised or engraved items, gift cards & gift packaging.
   • Personalised products can only be returned if there is an error on our part (such as a mistake in customisation).
   • We process returns within 7 working days of receiving them back into our warehouse, and any funds will be returned to your account within 6 working days from that point.
   • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
     
     

2. How to Return an Item:

   • Be sure to include your name inside the package.
   • Be sure to the cost and responsibility belong to the customers. FUJE  does not cover the postage cost when returning orders for a refund or exchange.
   • Once we receive the returned package, we’ll inspect it and refund you in 6-7 days. 
     
     

3. Refund Process:

   • If everything checks out, we’ll promptly process your refund.
   • Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to appear in your account.
     
     

4. Safety and Responsibility:

   • Ensure that the package arrives safely to us. The cost and responsibility for return shipping belong to the customer.
   • We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking.
     
     

5. Product Exchanges (Non-Custom):

   • Need a different size or color? You can exchange non-personalised products.
