Returns Policy within 30 days:
- If you change your mind you can return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days, excluding earrings (for strict hygiene reasons), personalised or engraved items, gift cards & gift packaging.
- Personalised products can only be returned if there is an error on our part (such as a mistake in customisation).
- We process returns within 7 working days of receiving them back into our warehouse, and any funds will be returned to your account within 6 working days from that point.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
